Shipping policy

Deliveries

We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, knowing that orders placed after 12:00 PM will only be processed the next day. Deliveries to Mainland Portugal and Spain within 1 to 2 business days, and deliveries to the Portuguese Islands within 5 to 9 business days and the Spain Islands and rest of Europe will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

If we cannot meet these times, we will contact you to inform you and provide an estimated delivery date. If the new delivery date is not convenient for you, you can cancel your order, and we will proceed with a refund of the corresponding amount.

Although we try to deliver our products within the defined time, any delays beyond our control will not be attributed to Tarwi and, as such, will not be our responsibility. However, if you wish to cancel your order due to external factors, you may do so as long as you have not yet received your order at home.

Once the distributor has the delivery details, you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation, tracking number, and estimated delivery time. You can track your order using this tracking number and the link sent by the distributor.

If the distributor does not contact you and you have yet to be able to receive your order, please send an email to hello@tarwi.co so that we can assist you.

From the moment you receive the Tarwi products, they are your responsibility. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us via email at hello@tarwi.co.

Shipping Costs

We deliver our products in Portugal (Mainland and Islands) and Europe (Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania and Sweden).

  • Deliveries to Mainland Portugal: Next Day Delivery €3.33. Free shipping on orders over €30.
  • Deliveries to Portugal Islands: Delivery in 5 to 9 business days €5.50. Free shipping on orders over €45. (Due to the increased volume of shipments and transport conditions at this time of year, deliveries to Madeira and the Azores may take between 13 and 17 working days.)
  • Deliveries to Spain: Delivery in 1 to 2 business days €4.35. Free shipping on orders over €40.
  • Deliveries to Spain Islands: Delivery in 3 to 5 business days €4.35. Free shipping on orders over €40.
  • Deliveries to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Czech Republic: Delivery in 3 to 5 business days €9.90. Free shipping on orders over €60.
  • Deliveries to Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania, and Sweden: Delivery in 3 to 5 business days €11.90. Free shipping on orders over €80.

The shipping costs are calculated when you check out your purchase, and you will not be charged any additional amount. If you want the product delivered to a region other than these, the shipping may have additional costs for you.

If you wish to return an order, you will be refunded the amount charged by Tarwi, and any other additional costs incurred outside of this transaction will be your responsibility.
