Welcome to the 13th edition of our Recipe Club!
The idea behind the Recipe Club is simple: every month we share a breakfast recipe, a main course recipe, and a dessert recipe. You can prepare larger quantities of these recipes and use them in your weekly meal prep , or you can cook just one of them as a quick and nutritious meal.
All the recipes in our Recipe Club are designed to be simple and delicious, with one common goal: to increase the protein and fiber content of your meals. They are our take on dishes you probably already know, but always with Tarwi's special touch.
On the Menu π½οΈ
Start your day with irresistibly creamy vanilla and tahini oatmeal, followed by a comforting lunch of pasta with tomato and zucchini with our Sun-Dried Tomato Lummus, and end with some cardamom, pear and oat muffins that will win the hearts of the whole family π
