Watermelon, Feta + Lummus & Basil Salad

The most delicious, fresh recipe for a sunny day 🍉🌿☀️
And how great is ASMR?!

  • Time : 15 min
  • You serve 2-3
Ingredients :
  • 1/2 Mini Watermelon, diced
  • 1/2 Cucumber Chopped
  • 1/2 Block of Vegan Chopped Feta, cubed
  • 1 tbsp Basil and Mint Leaves Chopped
Dressing :
  • 2 tbsp Lummus & Basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
Method :
  1. In a bowl add the chopped watermelon, cucumber, feta and the finely chopped basil and mint leaves.
  2. Then start to prepare the dressing by combining all the ingredients, add to the salad and mix everything until combined.
