Banana Overnight Oats

🕒 Preparation time: 5 min
🕒 Hydration Time: at least 2 hours or overnight

🍴 Serves: 1 portion

🍌 Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
50g fine oat flakes
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 heaping tablespoon (20g) of more than Protein: Unflavored
100ml milk of your choice
2 heaping tablespoons of natural yogurt
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

🍌 Toppings:
Natural skyr-type yogurt
banana slices
a pinch of ground cinnamon

🥣 Preparation:
1. Start by mashing the banana in a medium bowl. Add the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, milk, and yogurt. Mix well to ensure everything is well combined and has a creamy texture.

2. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. This will allow the chia seeds and oats to absorb the liquid and acquire a pudding-like consistency.

3. To serve, add more natural yogurt to taste, a few slices of banana, and a pinch of cinnamon.

4. Enjoy!
