1 banana
150-200g frozen blueberries
100g ice cubes
2 tbsp (30g) more than Protein: Pure
Milk of choice, 150-200ml
50ml water

๐Ÿฅค To serve (optional):
Natural yogurt

๐Ÿฅฃ Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, just add a little more liquid.
