If you're looking for a beautiful, festive, and delicious appetizer for your Christmas table, this Christmas wreath created by Ana Rita Mateus is the perfect choice!
We challenged her to create a special recipe for this time of year, and the result couldn't be more delicious.
The secret lies in the tarwi twist: a filling made with basil Lummus, which combines perfectly with the crispy puff pastry, cherry tomatoes, and melted cheese. It's easy to prepare, visually irresistible, and one of those appetizers that quickly disappears from the table.
A recipe to impress and share with your loved ones this festive season.
