Green Goddess Salad (with a twist)

This Green Goddess salad is our twist on the famous mint salad, using our Lummus & Beets! A match made in heaven 🤩

  • Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 Handful of Mixed Leaf Salad
  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 2 tbs Finely Sliced ​​White Cabbage
  • 1 Handful of Grilled Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Feta
  • 2-3 tbsp Lummus & Beets
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Dressing:

  • 1 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Method:

  1. In a bowl add the mixed leaf salad, a handful of spinach and the white cabbage finely sliced.
  2. Then add the grilled broccoli, the vegan feta, and in the middle add 2-3 tablespoons of Lummus & Beets.
  3. Serve with a quick and fresh herb dressing and finish with some toasted sesame seeds.
  4. Enjoy!
