Lummus & Beets Veggie Wrap

🍴 Serves: 2

🍳 Ingredients:
300 gr block firm tofu or tempeh
3-4 tbsp soy sauce or balsamic vinegar
2 wrap/flatbread
200 gr frozen mixed oriental vegetables (optional)
1 handful mixed salad greens
2-4 tbsp Lummus & Beets


🥣 Method:
1. Cut the tofu into small cubes about 1.5 cm thick, then pat dry with kitchen paper. Add the tofu to a container and marinate with soy sauce or balsamic vinegar for a few minutes.
2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and add the tofu cubes. Cook on each side until golden and crispy.
3. Meanwhile, sauté the mixed oriental veggies in a medium frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
4. Spread the Lummus & Beets onto the centre of each wrap, layering with the mixed salad, cooked veggies, and tofu.
5. Roll up the wrap and serve immediately.
